Sylvia Driskell, a 66-year-old female from Auburn, Nebraska, wants to sue every queer person in the world.

Driskell will represent herself in Driskell v. Homosexuals, claiming she is an earthly "ambassador" of "God and His Son Jesus Christ." In her seven-page, handwritten petition, Driskell writes that "homosexuals say that it's not a sin to be homosexual, and they have the right to marry, to be parents." She goes on to argue that children raised by "liars, deceivers, and thieves" will "grow up to be one of the three, or all three."

Driskell ends her petition by noting that it is "imperative" for her to "start standing up for the moral principles on which our excellent nation, our great states, and our great cities were founded on." U.S. District Judge John M. Gerrard has been assigned the case, filed May 1, but no summons have been issued thus far.

Driskell v. Homosexuals: The Civil Rights Case of the Century

We live in stimulating times for civil rights litigation. Across the land, ordinary people from every walk of life are going to court to vindicate their rights and liberties. Civil lawsuits own ushered in marriage equality and combated trans discrimination, paving the way for minorities to achieve matching justice under law. Now a brave woman named Sylvia Ann Driskell is taking a bold step to fight in court for American freedom: She’s suing every gay person on the planet for violating civil rights law.

Technically, Driskell v. Homosexuals is a bit more complex than that. Driskell isn’t suing “the Homosexuals” on her own behalf; rather, she is “an Envoy for Plaintiffs God, and His, Son, Jesus Christ” (sic). According to Driskell, God and Jesus yearn the U.S. District Court for the District of Nebraska to hold a trial to determine “Is Homosexuality a sin, or not a sin” (sic). Driskell, who is 60, cites several Bible verses—as well as Webster’s Dictionary—to prove homosexuality is, indeed, a sin. And she demands that gay people appear in federal court to prove “that its not a sin to be homosexual” (sic).

“The United States Federal Courts were created to resolve actual cases and controversies arising under the Constitution and the laws of the United States,” Evaluate Gerrard said. “A federal court is not a forum for debate or discourse on theological matters.”

AN American lady is attempting to sue all same-sex attracted people - in her self-described role as " spokesperson for God and his son Jesus Christ".

Sylvia Driskell filed a lawsuit at the District Court of Omaha, Nebraska, reports the Journal Star.

The sixty-six-year-old submitted her handwritten letter title "Sylvia Ann Driskell vs Homosexuals", with passages from the bible as well as definitions from a dictionary.

The main objective of Mrs Driskell's lawsuit is, seemingly, to implore US District Judge John M. Gerrard to recognise homosexuality as an abomination or "sin".

However, it doesn't cite any case rule under which he could make such a ruling.

She wrote: “I, Sylvia Ann Driskell, ambassador for the plaintiffs – God and His son, Jesus Christ – petition your honor and the court to be heard in the matter of homosexuality.
