Open the sacred feminine in you! Meaning: learn to unseal up to others and to the world; be receptive and less mental. A retreat for gay, straight, bi, pan, demi, indecisive, curious, discreet men. Come as you are! The function is for us to learn to connect emotionally within our limitations. The Retreat is for over 18s only. Cis or transitioned men, or people who have navigated the male nature (trans woman or non-binary people).

Abstract Recent analyze suggests that in betrayal trauma, where the toddler is the object of the others violence, he can become an aggressor later in life. Trauma and violence are integrally linked. A shattered self, leads to a shattered world through internalization, splitting, identification, … The process of hate begins with the splitting of the “good” from the “bad”. The “bad” self is dissociated-in the shadow- and is projected onto the other. The other-the enemy- holds the qualities of the “bad” self. The other is demonized. When we consider dissociated shame caused by trauma, then the shame- rage cycle can evoke the training of violence both intra- and interpersonal. The experienced loneliness and separateness integral in trauma, are projected into the outer nature and simplify the polarization process of “I versus them”.
