Affinity Bar Partnerships
A diverse and inclusive legal profession is a strong legal profession. From creating a pipeline of adolescent people interested in the law to ensuring equal opportunities for advancement, the Boston Bar Association works diligently to help diversity mature and thrive in our community.
The Affinity Bar Associations in Massachusetts are our partners in this effort. Seven Affinity Bars have offices at the BBA’s headquarters at 16 Beacon Street and the BBA hosts many programs and meetings of the Affinity Bars. The Affinity bar leaders are trusted advisors of the BBA—we work together to identify leaders and think strategically about how to endure to create a more diverse and inclusive legal community.
